Questions
What are Premium Coins?
Premium Coins are the paid currency for Arcade Heaven. Use them for the cosmetic content available in the server’s Coin shop. They cannot be earned through ordinary gameplay, quests or events.
Do I need to be online to receive Coins?
No. Coins are recorded against your Minecraft account after verified payment. If the server is under maintenance, your balance remains available when it returns.
Which Minecraft username should I enter?
Use the exact Java Edition username of the account that plays Arcade Heaven. Check it carefully before continuing. Coin purchases for Bedrock Edition accounts aren’t supported yet.
What happens if my payment fails?
A failed or unconfirmed payment will not credit Coins. Keep your order ID and contact support if your payment was charged but your order remains pending.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed according to the published refund policy and applicable consumer rights. Approved refunds reverse the purchased Coins. Contact support with your order ID.
